Estate Sale Notification Procedure

  • Homeowner or Estate Sale Company is to notify the Block Captain Chair of upcoming sale and dates/times
    • Sale notification should be given as early as possible
    • If the sale is anticipated to create major traffic issues, the Estate Sale Company needs to contact the Sheriff Auxiliary to request traffic control.
  • Block Captain Chair is to contact Webmaster to post the Estate Sale dates on the HOA Calendar
  • Block Captain Chair is to share notification with Roads, Landscape and President (via email or phone)
  • President will send an Eblast to all members notifying them of the upcoming event(s)
