Work Sessions

  • A work session may be called at any time by a Committee
  • All Committee members need to be notified along with the Board Representative to that Committee

Work Session Documentation

  • Committee Name and Date of Meeting
  • Document all who attended: name and position (Board Representative, Chair of Committee, Homeowner)
  • Document the information that was shared (outline format is acceptable)
  • Cover the highpoints of the work session and resolutions including work remaining for follow up
  • Sign and date at bottom
  • Post to Website for homeowner access (notify Webmaster)
  • Add items to the Board Meeting Agenda (notify Secretary) that require Board input/vote or just for information
