Work Sessions
- A work session may be called at any time by a Committee
- All Committee members need to be notified along with the Board Representative to that Committee
Work Session Documentation
- Committee Name and Date of Meeting
- Document all who attended: name and position (Board Representative, Chair of Committee, Homeowner)
- Document the information that was shared (outline format is acceptable)
- Cover the highpoints of the work session and resolutions including work remaining for follow up
- Sign and date at bottom
- Post to Website for homeowner access (notify Webmaster)
- Add items to the Board Meeting Agenda (notify Secretary) that require Board input/vote or just for information
